Discuss your businessWe only take on a paid Review where we believe the opportunity is worth at least five times the fee. That is our basis for accepting the work, rather than a guarantee of results.
WHAT YOU LEAVE WITH
Your Review brings together what we found, the evidence and our judgement. We explain what deserves attention first, the potential benefit and the likely cost and effort, where the information allows.
You receive written findings and a personal discussion of the priorities. The scope and fixed fee are agreed before we begin.
Implementation and ongoing support are optional, separately scoped and priced after a Review.

HOW WE GET STARTED
Tell us what you want to improve. The first conversation is free, and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.
If a closer look makes sense, we agree what to investigate and give you a fixed quote before work starts.
We discuss the findings and priorities with you. Use them with your own team, or talk to us about further help.
THE WHOLE BUSINESS. THE CONNECTIONS THAT MATTER.
A sales problem might begin with the offer. A cash problem might be tied to pricing, stock or delivery. We look across the business to understand how the pieces affect one another.
These are the areas we explore. You won’t need all eight. Most Reviews focus on two or three, guided by your priorities and the evidence.
We explore what you want the business to earn, the role you want to play and what growth would mean for your time, team and cash. We look at current performance, constraints and the decisions you are facing.
Why it matters: A useful growth plan starts with your goals and an honest starting point.
Who buys, why they choose you, who does not and what competitors offer. We explore your strongest customer groups, unmet needs, repeat business and opportunities to reach new buyers.
Why it matters: Growth becomes more achievable when you know whose business you want and why they should choose you.
We examine what you sell, how you explain its value, your pricing, discounts and product or service mix. Could a clearer offer, better packaging or a different price improve both demand and margin?
Why it matters: More sales only help if the offer rewards the effort and cost of delivering it.
We experience your enquiry and sales process as a potential customer, from first contact to follow-up. We follow the journey from first enquiry to sale: response times, conversations, proposals, objections, follow-up and lost opportunities. We also explore referrals, repeat purchases and your existing customer base.
Why it matters: Some of the earliest opportunities may already be inside your business.
We examine your website, content, campaigns and customer communications. Where figures are available, we connect spend and enquiries to conversion, sales and profit. We look for gaps between the advertising promise and what happens when a customer responds.
Why it matters: Better marketing is not just more views or clicks. It should help win profitable customers and justify what you spend.
Using the figures you can provide, we explore margins, recurring costs, stock or work in progress, payment terms and cash tied up in the business. We distinguish revenue growth from growth that leaves you better off.
Why it matters: A busy business needs enough profit and cash to support its ambitions.
We look at responsibilities, bottlenecks, handovers, service consistency and work that depends too heavily on the owner. What would happen if demand increased, and what needs to change first?
Why it matters: Sustainable growth depends on the people and capacity to support it.
We explore repetitive tasks, disconnected information and practical uses for AI or automation. We consider setup effort, accuracy checks, appropriate data use and whether the change would save enough time or money to justify it.
Why it matters: Technology earns its place when it improves the business and preserves the customer experience.
We agree the relevant areas and a fixed fee before starting. You do not need to work out the scope yourself.
